How to Start?

Get Started with Evalix in Minutes 🚀

Evalix is designed for quick and simple onboarding. Whether you are a teacher, institution administrator, or organization, you can start creating and conducting evaluations in just a few steps.

Follow the instructions below to install and begin using Evalix.

Step 1: Access Evalix 🌐

Visit the Evalix platform using the official link.

Open your browser and go to:
https://evalix.appiworks.com

Click Open it Now to begin the installation process.

Step 2: Sign in with Your Account 🔐

Evalix supports secure authentication using your Google account.

Click Sign in with Google
Choose your Google account
Grant the necessary permissions

This allows Evalix to securely connect with your account and provide a personalized workspace.

Step 3: Create Your Workspace 🏫

Once signed in, set up your institution or workspace.

You will be prompted to enter:

Institution or organization name
Your role (Teacher, Administrator, Trainer, etc.)
Basic profile information

This workspace will become the central hub where you manage assessments, users, and analytics.

Step 4: Configure Your Roles & Users 👥

Evalix supports role-based access to ensure proper governance.

You can invite and assign users such as:

Teachers
Students
Administrators
Parents (optional)

Simply enter their email addresses and assign the appropriate roles.

Users will receive invitations to join your workspace.

Step 5: Create Your First Evaluation 📝

You are now ready to build your first assessment.

Using the Evalix assessment builder, you can:

Create quizzes and tests
Add different question types
Set timers and rules
Assign evaluations to students or groups

Your evaluation is now ready to be conducted online.

Verify Your Setup ✅

Before conducting a real evaluation, we recommend performing a quick test.

You can:

Attempt the assessment as a student
Check timer and access controls
Verify response tracking and analytics

This ensures everything works perfectly before your first live assessment.
